"Michael's Fries"We start with a half pound of Grade A Long Cut Potatoes. We deep fry them in premium oil, lightly season them with our house seasoning and serve them with a side of Cheese Whiz for dipping. The seasoning was developed by Michael after many attempts to replicate the great French Fries available in Philly restaurants. He got it right!
